About this banknote
The Banco Central de Bolivia issued the 10 bolivianos banknote in 1945, following the enactment of the Law of December 20, 1945. This series was printed by Thomas de la Rue & Company, London.
The obverse features a portrait of Antonio José de Sucre on the right and the national coat of arms on the left. The reverse depicts a view of the city of Potosí with Cerro Rico in the background. The note measures 140 x 64 mm and is printed on paper.
