The front of the banknote displays a portrait of Hans Christian Andersen on the left and an illustration of white storks in a nest on the right. The reverse features a depiction of Egeskov Windmill, located in Kværndrup Parish on the island of Funen, drawn by illustrator Ib Andersen. This banknote, measuring 125 x 65 mm, was withdrawn from circulation on 31 December 1954.
