The National Bank of Ukraine issued the 10-hryvnia banknote (Pick 119Ab) in 2011, with Serhii Hennadiiovych Arbuzov's signature. This release maintained the design and security features of the 2004 series, including the distinctive gray-toned portrait of Hetman Ivan Mazepa. The note was introduced into circulation on July 1, 2011, and was withdrawn on January 1, 2023.
The obverse features a gray portrait of Hetman Ivan Mazepa, accompanied by his "Kurch" coat of arms and the quote: "А за віру хоч умріте і вольностей бороніте." The reverse depicts the Dormition Cathedral of the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, with images of a kobza and a book beside it. The banknote measures 124 × 66 mm and includes security features such as a watermark of Mazepa's portrait and a security thread with "10 ГРН" and a trident.
