The Banco Central de Reserva del Perú issued the 10 Soles de Oro banknote on May 25, 1967, as part of the 1962–1968 series authorized under Law No. 13958 of 1962. This series was printed by Thomas De La Rue & Co. Ltd., a renowned British security printing company.
