Об этой банкноте

The Bank of Poland issued the 1 złoty banknote in 1831 during the November Uprising (1830–1831). This series was introduced on August 1, 1831, to support the insurrection against Russian rule. The banknote was designed by Jan Salomon Minheymer and printed using lithographic techniques at the Fabryka Biletów Bankowych in Warsaw.

The obverse features a cartouche at the top center containing the coats of arms of Poland (Orzeł) and Lithuania (Pogoń), topped with the Polish royal crown. Below the coats of arms, the denomination "ZŁ: 1" is inscribed, with an Arabic numeral "1" within a decorative guilloche pattern beneath it. The banknote bears the signature of Bank Director Paweł Głuszyński and the designer's signature, "Minheymer Sc." This was the first Polish banknote to include the designer's signature and to be printed using lithography.
