Об этой банкноте
The National Bank of Poland (Narodowy Bank Polski) issued the 5 Złotych banknote on May 15, 1946, as part of the Second Issue series. This series was introduced to stabilize the national currency following World War II and to replace earlier banknotes issued during the occupation.
The banknote measures 122 × 67 mm and features an ornamental design in steel blue print on both the obverse and reverse sides. Designed by Ryszard Kleczewski, it was printed at the Polish Security Printing Works (Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) in Łódź. The note was demonetized on November 8, 1950.
