The Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. issued the 5 Cents Foreign Exchange Certificate in 1969. These certificates, known as "Bon Towarowy," were introduced to facilitate transactions in foreign currency within Poland.
The obverse of the certificate features the inscriptions "BON TOWAROWY," "$0.05," and "PIĘĆ CENTÓW."
