Об этой банкноте

The Tallinn Clearing House issued the 100 Marka banknote in 1919 as part of Estonia's efforts to establish its own currency following the declaration of independence in 1918. This series was introduced during a period when Estonia sought financial autonomy, utilizing the Estonian marka as a transitional currency before adopting the kroon.

The front side design features the denomination "Ükssada Marka" prominently centered with inscriptions in Estonian. The back side displays multilingual text with "100" in a decorative circle, representing the value. Printed by Paalmann in Tallinn, only 6,000 of these notes were produced, making this Pick A3a note relatively scarce.
