Об этой банкноте

The Deutsche Rentenbank issued the 10 Rentenmark banknote on July 3, 1925, as part of the 1925-1926 series. This series was introduced following the hyperinflation of 1923, during which the Papiermark became virtually worthless. To stabilize the economy, the Rentenmark was established in November 1923, backed by industrial and agricultural assets, and served as an interim currency until the introduction of the Reichsmark in 1924.

The obverse of the banknote features a portrait of a farm woman on the left side, with inscriptions in the center detailing the denomination and issuing authority. The reverse displays a corn sheaf within guilloche printing, with the denomination shown diagonally in all four corners. The note measures 145 x 78 mm and was printed on paper. It was demonetized in 1948.
