The Nationalbanken i Kjøbenhavn issued the 10 Kroner banknote in 1920 as part of the series introduced in 1913. This series was designed by Danish artist Gerhard Heilmann and was first released in July 1913.
The front of the 10 Kroner note features brown lettering and denomination surrounded by seaweed ornamentation. The back displays a Mercury head encircled by three lions. The watermark consists of a dark number "10." This banknote was demonetized on 26 July 1945.
